Sales: Account Executive
Location: Remote
LabVoice is a fast-growing startup bringing to market the first voice assistant for scientific laboratories. We are searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a growing business. We’re specifically looking for an experienced sales representative who will help grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Objectives of this Role

Grow customer base and company revenue

Ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction

Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our product and increase adoption within customers

Maintain and develop sales success strategies and best practices

Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Actively seek new sales opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Forecast and track sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), regular use of CRM
-
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Develop new business with clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Required Skills and Qualifications
-
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive, life sciences experience preferred
-
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs

Know how to meet ambitious individual and sales quotas

Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills
-
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
