LabVoice, Inc. Privacy Policy

This PRIVACY POLICY describes how LabVoice, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collect and process your personal data. This policy covers both the LabVoice mobile app (the “SERVICE”) and the LabVoice website (the “WEBSITE”) at https://labvoice.ai.

We built the LabVoice app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by LabVoice, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our SERVICE, then you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this PRIVACY POLICY. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the SERVICE. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this PRIVACY POLICY.

For a better experience, while using our SERVICE, we may require you to provide us with a small amount of personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this PRIVACY POLICY.

Logging of Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our SERVICE, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called LOG DATA. This LOG DATA may include information such as your device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our SERVICE, the time and date of your use of the SERVICE, the error that occurred, and other statistics.

We also want to inform you that whenever you visit our WEBSITE, we collect information that your browser sends. This data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (“IP address”), browser version, pages of our WEBSITE that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

If you wish to have your data deleted, please submit your request to info@labvoice.ai. If we delete data following your request, we will also inform those we have shared your data with, provided that it is not impossible or too cumbersome. If you ask us, we will also tell you who we have shared your data with.

Children’s Privacy

The SERVICE does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

We may update our PRIVACY POLICY from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new PRIVACY POLICY on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
